We provide the Services to recruit your Chinese staff on behalf of you, not only located in Xiamen but almost in major cities of China.
That is because China Government has implemented a cross-province medical data exchange system that allows employees to get medical care in anywhere China, even your local Chinese staff are recruited in Xiamen Evershine.

If you do not have any entity in China, you pay salary with expenses reimbursement from the overseas parent company to your local China individual employees, who will be bear risk without paying individual income tax to the tax bureau. Unless your local China individual employees have set up their own company,  then you pay to the company, that will be no problem.
